ACCORD is a local, nonprofit Community Dispute Resolution Center (CDRC) in the Southern Tier. We have been dedicated to serving Broome and Tioga Counties since 1982.

For the past 38 years, we have proudly assisted thousands of individuals, families, and organizations to discover agreeable and enduring solutions to conflict.
