Who We Are

The Family/Domestic Violence Practice provides representation in the following areas:

• Orders of protection
• Custody/visitation
• Child/spousal support
• Property distribution
• Divorce
• DV-related immigration, housing, and public benefits issues

The Practice also provides its clients with essential social services by collaborating with community-based organizations dedicated to serving survivors of domestic violence.
