- The service is phone-only. There are no lawyers at the Lancaster Bar Association building. Choose the “Lawyer Referral Service” option in the menu. Si, hablamos Espanol! We will talk with you about your legal problem. If we can refer the case to a lawyer who has experience with the kind of problem you have, we will make the referral. It will cost $50 for a lawyer referral and 30-minute consult. After that, you work out legal fees directly with the lawyer.
