Eligibility: Persons 60 and over for legal assistance; any resident of a nursing home or assisted living facility for ombudsman services to address issues related to care or billing.
Screening: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (office not currently open due to COVID) Intake hours: Telephone: Monday through Friday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Walk-ins: Emergency only during office hours.
