Who We Are
CAMBA provides representation in Housing Court and related proceedings, as well as legal advice and counsel to families who are at risk of eviction.
The Housing Unit represents clients in the following types of cases:
- Non-payment/Holdover cases
- HP actions (repairs)
- Administrative hearings (NYCHA, etc.)
- DHCR overcharge complaints, etc.
Welfare and NYCHA Fair Hearings
CAMBA provides representation for individuals and families in both welfare and NYCHA fair hearings when housing stability is at risk.
