Volunteer lawyers and staff attorneys give low-income tenants and landlords free help with housing issues, primarily related to eviction cases in the Salem session of the Northeast Housing Court. Coordinated by North Shore Community Action Program.
Depending on the situation, help ranges from advice only to help in filling out forms, mediation, and/or Limited Assistance Representation before the judge.
