Who We Are
Family Violence Appellate Project (FVAP) is the first and only California nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free legal representation to domestic violence survivors at the appellate level. Our focus is on cases where trial court decisions leave survivors and, in particular, their children, at serious risk of further abuse.
