Who We Are

The Office of Bar Counsel investigates, mediates and, when appropriate, prosecutes complaints against attorneys.  Complaints concerning unethical conduct by attorneys should be submitted in writing.  The site listed below provides a link to a form complaint.  Assistance will be provided in drafting the complaint, if needed (such as where the client is blind or illiterate).
