The Political Asylum/Immigration Representation Project (PAIR) provides free immigration legal services to asylum-seekers and immigrants unjustly detained in Massachusetts. We offer asylum intake, legal orientation and one-on-one consultation to immigrants detained by ICE, full legal representation for asylum seekers and survivors of violence (including matters such as bond, custody, asylum and other forms of removal defense, stays of removal)

As part of its screening process, PAIR conducts regular asylum intake clinics for non-detained asylum seekers and legal orientation sessions to immigrants in all the detention centers across the Commonwealth.

PAIR also does community outreach giving Know Your Rights presentations for providers and immigrant communities.
