Open hours: Monday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
We accept calls from people incarcerated in Massachusetts and their family members on Monday afternoons from 1:00PM – 4:00PM, or Tuesdays after Monday holidays. Interpretation services are available for non-English speakers. We strongly urge clients to contact us directly if possible as we cannot advocate without hearing from the incarcerated person.
