Program Description

This is a Court-affiliated program which assists pro se litigants who are residents of Allegany County with the completion of forms on divorce, custody, name change, adoption, child support and visitation.

This program provides one-on-one in-person service, including an initial screening for legal problems, information, help with Domestic Relations forms and instructions supplied by the Court Clerk, and referrals to the Legal Aid Bureau or the Allegany Law Foundation.
