Social Justice Collaborative provides removal defense, criminal defense, and unaccompanied minor defense. SJC provides full-scope representation in all deportation matters for adults and children. In addition, SJC has an Immigration Appellate Program that accepts many difficult appeals from erroneous decisions of immigration judges. SJC has a special policy of providing pro bono appeals for all of our own detained clients who have received erroneous denials in their applications for relief. SJC’s clients are all low-income non-citizens. SJC offers services to adults and children applying for adjustment of legal status.
