olunteer Lawyers Network (VLN) provides free legal assistance to low-income people.

Depending on the specific issues and facts of your case, VLN may provide free legal advice, brief services, or full representation. VLN’s “Letters to Creditors” program helps clients who are being harassed by creditors for money that they cannot pay. Volunteer attorneys will write “stop-contact” letters to the creditors.

Clients with creditor harassment related legal issues should call the VLN intake line to find out what services they are eligible for. To see if you qualify for free legal services, click on the Application Process tab below and follow the instructions.
